Nickname: I'm so proud to be Latina and so I love to hear the r roll in my name and my mom calls me adri for short sometimes and I love that!

What's your story? found revolution yoga after getting bored with Bikram. I loved the physical practice but needed a spiritual practice with some guidance and I found that at revolution yoga . Since coming to rev my life, my attitude and perspectives have changed. I believe yoga is priming me for a better life. The more I practice the better prepared I am for the challenges of life.

What are your greatest passions in life? My greatest passion is helping women realize their fullest potential. I think when women transform their beliefs about themselves and grow together and support one another in a fun and loving way the world becomes a better place. My biggest creative outlets for this is writing, teaching cooking and yoga. I like to consider myself a self care teacher ! writing has become a beautiful outlet for encouragement and growth and I have self published a book of short stories which is part of my unapologetic series .you can find my book here

How many passport stamps do you have? I'm not sure how many stamps my passport has but in my opinion, it's not enough. I love to travel. I've seen Paris, London, Italy , Spain, Aruba, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and I know it doesn't count for stamps but the US is beautiful and I would like to see lake Adriana in Montana some day!
