Revolution Yoga offers, private at home or in studio sessions with a teacher of your choice. Revolution Yoga will come to your community center, hospital, library, school, place of work, or home to teach you whatever you want to learn!

All REVOLUTION YOGA teachers are Yoga Alliance Certified, have a deep understanding of energetic principles, anatomy, physiology and natural health practices, getting great results for their students. Our teachers are trained in many different types of yoga including:

YOGA AT WORK: Corporate Yoga

In the competitive American business culture it is only common sense to understand that companies survive by their employees' competency and ability. But the modern workplace unintentionally creates an atmosphere for its employees in which it's impossible for them to function at their maximum capacity! Due to many factors stress becomes overwhelming and even crippling in the modern workplace, resulting in illness, lowered morale, decreased focused and less receptive employees.

Corporate yoga provides an effective solution to this problem that is steadily being utilized by many powerful organizations. The list of corporate entities that offer regular wellness programs to their employees include: IBM, AT&T, Apple, Forbes, PepsiCo, GE, Nike, MTV Networks, and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Type of Yoga:
Can range from gentle and meditative, to restorative and therapeutic, to fiery and active. When we speak we can decide what will be best for your team.

Class Duration: " Classes are generally 55 minutes long but can be adapted to suit your needs. Classes can take place during lunch hours, or after work.

Facility requirements:
A conference room or open space with approximately 21 square feet (3X7) for each student attending class. Students are required to bring their own mats and props. The company or employee can purchase mats, props, and blocs, from us at a very reasonable rate, if they do not already have their own.

1 Time class- $150
For 10 week sign on - 1 class a week for 10 weeks: $125/class- or $1,250 (up to 10 students)
2 classes a week for 10 weeks: $110/class- or $2,200 (up to 10 students)
3 classes a week for 10 weeks: $100/class- or $3,000 (up to 10 students)

After ten weeks we will look at the average attendance of classes. If classes exceed 10 people the fee for the next 10 week period will be adjusted up at a rate of 8/ person/ class above 10

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS/YOGA AT HOME: At your home, office, hotel or our studio


While group classes can be a wonderful way to practice, for a new or experienced student, it may be helpful to have a private session. In session you'll cover any personal concerns or injuries, learning personalized modifications for your unique body to use at home and in group classes which will help you feel better, stronger, calmer, and more peacful.

By practicing with a teacher one on one you will be safely guided through poses with attention to you and your specific needs.

Every student we work with is on his or her own journey to reach unique goals in unique bodies.

By practicing with us one on one, you’ll find your transition into a regular practice occurs quickly and safely which allows you to go deeper and learn profound things about yourself!

Before you meet with your instructor and begin this life-changing journey, you will talk with your instructor on the phone so they can understand your personal goals and learn more about your current health- creating a customized regiment for your body and minds' needs.

What to expect of your private sessions:
A private class can be one or two hours, where in both, the entire class is constructed around you. Two hour classes are offered for students interested in a more intense practice and study.

Part I: Mind
The beginning of the session will always be a run down of how you're feeling that day. You will discuss what you need to emotionally and physically accomplish in your time together.

The theme of the practice will be presented along with corresponding yoga philosophy which will be re-visited through the class.

Part II: Body
Here you will learn a yoga flow (Vinyasa) catered to your needs and body aspirations. There is constant attention to injury prevention, motivation, strengthening, and beautiful movement.

Part III: Integration
At the end of the practice we will seal in the effects of everything experienced, really integrating the mind and body in supine and seated relaxation poses, so you leave feeling powerful, happy, and calm.
