What's your story? My yoga journey started in 2015 post ACL reconstruction surgery. After multiple physical therapy sessions my leg still wasn't healing well. Looking for solutions I ended up taking hot yoga classes, and noticed my leg (and the rest of my body) began to feel a lot better. From there I dove into all different types of Yoga. I fell in love with the dynamic flowing movements of Vinyasa and the meditative practices of Yoga. In fall of 2019 I decided it was the right time to do a teacher training at Revolution. It deepened my love of the practice, and opened my eyes to the philosophical and anatomical parts of practicing Yoga. Yoga has provided me with great physical benefits such as improved strength, flexibility, and balance, but more importantly it's provided me with attitude and perspective changes that have bettered me to take on life's challenges. My mission is to show people who come to my classes what they are truly capable of, and to also invite them to a place of stillness and peace that is always inside of themselves, but is hard to find in the business/craziness of everyday life.
I teach: I enjoy teaching challenging, dynamic, flowing Vinyasa classes with time for mediation and stillness towards the end.
Passions: Besides yoga I'm into music, fitness, basketball, gaming, getting outdoors, food, travel, my dog Aldo, and helping others
How many passport stamps do you have? 4 or 5 I think, but I need to get more on there. I've been to Canada, Mexico, Thailand, Israel, and a few different states in the US.
