Nickname: Most people call me Mack, except my dad, he calls me Loopy (I have VERY curly hair).
What's your story?I started a dedicated yoga practice three years ago, looking to find health on a multifaceted level, mind, body, and soul. Experiencing the amazing effects yoga had in my own life led me to become a certified yoga instructor. I am passionate about sharing this amazing practice with students of every level, beginners to advanced yogis. I believe in living a life free of judgement, filled with joy and gratitude. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and their surroundings, and ultimately leading a healthy life.
What do you teach?Sweaty vinyasa flows that aim to uncover inner strength and confidence while building physical strength and flexibility.
What are your greatest passions in life?Practicing yoga, helping others, and cooking!
How do you plan on changing the world?I want to encourage people to live a whole-istic life style. To teach people what our bodies and hearts have always known but our brains need to be reminded of. Do any movement that makes you happy, eat all of the foods that make you happy.. sometimes it's a kale salad, other times it's a doughnut (80% nutrition queen, 20% cookie monster).
How many passport stamps do you have?20 stamps in my passport! I am very fortunate to have so many already, and look forward to adding more!
