Sally Mangano

Sally...all other nicknames would be inappropriate;)

What’s your story?
I started practicing yoga eight years ago as a means to build strength and flexibility, but soon discovered the deeper emotional and spiritual benefits of the practice.  Yoga has provided me with a sense of peace and balance that I am excited to share with others.  My desire to study yoga and passion to help others led me to Revolution Yoga where I completed my 200 hour teacher training certification.  Always eager to learn from others, I am grateful to all of the teachers in my life…“You never know when an opportunity to learn is going to present itself, so I always keep an open mind and open heart”.  I also works as an occupational therapist which translates into my classes where I always emphasizes the importance of proper alignment.  My intention for my vinyasa classes is that they always leave you feeling open, balanced and ready for love and happiness to filter in!
